Homemade Advent Calendar

I love the letterpress designs of lisa at sweetbeets www.sweetbeets.com and subscribe to her blog ModEco kids www.modecokids.com. She recently posted an entry detailing how to make your own advent calendar courtesy of Cici Art Factory and it looked so much more fun that the store bought calendars we see every year, so my daughter Holly and I gave it a try and here is a photo of our creation. As my kids are a little older we made up our own messages to hide inside the envelopes.
